We have announced the date and time of departure from Iraq.  And those who wish to profit from that announcement have noted it.  They are known for their patience, and have been awaiting the announcement - and planning for the time when it would come.

Depart?  Of course.  That was the intent all along - and certainly inevitable.

To announce the when and how?  Naivite reigns supreme.

Pity the poor souls who are left with the support mission - American support troops will be left (but don't tell anyone), to be supported by none other than themselves.  May the powers that be preserve us from such naivite (stupidity?) - but it won't really happen that way...will it?
